When are your auctions?

Our auctions are held every Wednesday evening at 8:30pm Eastern Time. We will announce if there will not be an auction that evening. Occasionally, we will hold surprise weekend sales and pre-orders as well. Be sure to follow us on Facebook and Twitter and sign up for our Newsletter so you’ll be notified of any surprise auctions and special alerts!

Am I bidding like on EBay, where the highest bidder wins?

No, our items have a set price and are awarded on a first come first serve basis based on the quantity available. Not everyone will win.

How do I bid on an item that I want to have?

Will you announce items ahead of the auction time?

We will post pre-auction sneak peaks on Facebook and Twitter, so be sure to follow us!

What sizes do the outfits come in?

The quantity for each size available will be revealed at the time of auction and can include sizes from 3m to 6T. You can check out our SIZING page for more detailed size information if needed.

How do I know if I have won something I’ve bid on?

We will post a list of winners after each auction on our Blog and Facebook Wall. You will also receive an e-mail directing you to our website so you can view your invoice.

Do I have to post my email publicly like other Facebook auction sites?

No you don’t, you just need to use the bidding form for each item you wish to bid on. To save the trouble of having to register on our website, you can use Facebook, Twitter or Google+ to log in to the website.

How do I pay for my items I’ve won?

You can pay your invoices by viewing your dashboard and accessing My Invoices. More details can be found HERE. Invoices not paid for within 24 hours may go to the next bidder in line for the item.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is FREE. However we will consider rush shipping for a small fee.

When can I expect my item(s)?

Can I return my items?

All sales are FINAL. No refunds or returns.

Where can I submit photos of my children in their Smockabilly Outfits?

You can email photos to photos@smockabillykids.com or post them to our Facebook wall. Any photos submitted to our email grants Smockabilly Kids permission to use and display such photos on our website as we see fit.
